Thank You Message From Mavis Cox

Can I take this opportunity to say thank you so much to all my sewing friends for your lovely wishes for my 90th birthday. It was with much appreciation and surprise that my daughter presented me with a birthday card sent with your kind words from David Lee in London.

Please find below some of the highlights that I hope you find entertaining. I think everyone enjoyed the evening and I'm glad to be able to share some of these moments that I'll treasure as well.

We celebrated my birthday a month early in May, even though my actual birthday is today and I'll be having a smaller gathering of friends and family for a quiet meal together. And now that life is getting back to normal, I hope to be able to resume helping you along with your sewing as well.

Once again, thank you for your kind words and I'll keep the card as a souvenir of the evening to show people when they come to visit.
